FINISHING

ABRASIVE BLASTING

With three blasting chambers offering commercial, industrial and white blast finishes, we can provide blasting services for all metals in preparation for cleansing, painting and finishing. We work with many types of blasting media including aluminum oxide, garnet and glass bead.

PAINTING

MERRILL offers complete painting and coating services for a wide range of metal. We can spray zinc rich primer, epoxy and water-based latex primers, and available top coats include enamels, epoxies, urethanes, water-based latex, military CARC finishes and more.

Our forced-air spray/bake booth means we can produce smaller, multi-coated parts faster, and our large facility means we can move weldments weighing up to 100,000 pounds. Every part is inspected for proper adhesion, consistency, durability and overall quality by our N.A.C.E. certified paint inspector before we release it to you.
